More evidence for liquid water on Mars

NASA’s orbiters have taken some amazing images of the surface of Mars that seem to show flow down slopes when the temperature rises. There are several theories as to what might be causing these finger like projections down the sides of martian slopes. The leading hypothesis is that liquid water flows just below the surface. The water is kept liquid by the salts within it which keep the freezing point lower than normal.
